IACLE's Mission Statement

The International Association of Contact Lens Educators (IACLE), established in 1979, is a non-profit, non-political association dedicated to raising the standard of contact lens education and promoting the safe use of contact lenses worldwide. IACLE aims to increase the number of qualified contact lens educators, improve the quality of contact lens teaching and provide an educational infrastructure, thereby increasing the number of skilled contact lens practitioners throughout the world and increasing the use of contact lenses worldwide.
