IACLE Second Hand Journal Program
IACLE facilitates the donation of second-hand materials for distribution to educators in countries who are not able to receive these educational materials and would find the resources of great value. Contact Lens related materials are of the most interest however quality general ophthalmology, optometry and opticianry references are also utilised.
IACLE accepts and distributes "high quality" professional journals and textbooks as follows:
- Books with copyrights after 1980
- Journals published after 1990
The person donating the resources are asked to also sponsor the shipping costs and forward the resources directly to the nominated receiver, based on IACLE’s recommendations of who would benefit from receiving the materials.
Are you missing journals to complete your collection? Would you benefit from receiving copies of past Journal Issues?
IACLE still have a number of journals in stock and invite members who are missing journals for their collection or feels these will be of benefit from these to view the list of journals in stock and contact us regarding forwarding the journals.
