| The FIACLE Leadership Program is designed so that a resource team
is established that can respond to requests for continuing education
programs on a local or regional level. These Continuing
Education Programs will be developed using IACLE resources such
as the Contact Lens Course.
Fellows of IACLE (FIACLEs) are
being asked to actively reinvest the knowledge they have gained
through IACLE, as well as resources and time, so that they may assist
others in their countries and regions.
The Regional or Global offices of IACLE will identify the active
FIACLEs they would like involved in the FIACLE Leadership Development
Program. FIACLEs will be rewarded by an increased visibility in
their region and their profession as well as an increased knowledge
base.
